Wire Maintenance

For a monthly charge, Amherst Telephone Company will maintain your inside telephone wiring and telephone jacks. It does not cover your telephones or equipment. The company’s maintenance plan covers the repair of all premises wire except that which has been subjected to willful damage or does not meet applicable technical standards.

(Excludes major damage: natural disaster, fire, flood & malicious damage)
