Setup Email

If you have signed up for email with Amherst Communications, you may want to setup your computer or devices to access your email with our company. When you are setting them up, you may need some information about our email network. To assist you, below we have included the commonly required information about your new email with us, as well as some links to help sites for the most common devices. We hope that this helps you in your setup.

Some basic information that you will need to know:

  • User name - This is your wi-net email address.
  • Incoming Server: mail.wi-net.com  Incoming Port:  993
  • Outgoing Server: mail.wi-net.com  Outgoing Port: 465
  • You will need to setup outbound authentication to send off network (username and password). It often will say that it is an optional setting but its not.
