Reboot Your DSL Modem

* please make sure to avoid hitting the Reset button on the back of the modem, as that will erase the modem’s configuration.

  1. Find the DSL modem. It should look similar to this:

  2. Unplug the modems power and wait for about 15 seconds. 

  3. Plug it back in. 

  4. Wait another 45-60 seconds for the modem to run through its startup and you should be reconnected.
  5. Your DSL modem should now look like this:
