What Do I Do if My Television Screen is Black?

  1. Make sure that your television is on channel 3, then check the input selections on your television.
  2. If that doesn't solve your problem, try a power cycle: unplug the power cord from the back of the set top box, then plug it back in.
  3. Give the Box a few minutes to reload. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please call our office at (715) 824-5517.
